Gingerbread ice cream sandwich

I cannot seem to find these in stores anywhere! No, I'm not talking about this adorable stitch marker I'm talking about the actual gingerbread ice cream sandwiches.

I decided to model these after one of my favorite Christmas treats. Each stitch marker is adorned with a peppermint candy and Swarovski crystal.
